Listen to this episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. People mean different things when they talk about traveling for wellness. Someone may want a yoga retreat. Someone else may be looking for weight loss and healthy eating. Or maybe someone wants adventure and exercise. Or some anti-aging spa treatments. If you are looking for a wellness retreat in Mexico, I’m highlighting 14 of them today, from luxury all-inclusive resorts, to more individualized private experiences.

Wellness in Puerto Vallarta

Just outside of Puerto Vallarta, a female crew of instructors teaches women how to surf. They start the day with morning yoga, followed by surf sessions and an additional activity like margarita-making or Spanish lessons. They offer three balanced meals per day. Their instruction is suited for any age and experience level.
