This new Florida resort has it all: relaxation, spa, culinary, wellness programs, and a beach!

I recently visited with Denise Harmon, a representative from a beautiful Florida property called Amrit Ocean Resort.
Here’s a list of my takeaways:
· This amazing resort is divided between one to three-bedroom condominiums and also regular hotel rooms and suites.
· They have healthy gourmet restaurants, led by world-acclaimed chef Matthew Kenny. They also offer culinary classes.
· Their wellness center is 100,000 square feet of bliss, including yoga, a healthy hair & nail salon, vitamin infusions, naturopath nutritionists, acupuncture, facial and body treatments, a hydrothermal circuit, and of course SO many spa treatments!
· They offer 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
· The resort is located right on 5 miles of beach in a beautiful location, and watersports are readily available.
· One specialty of theirs is demonstration cooking classes, focusing on healthy gourmet dishes.
· The closest airport is West Palm Beach, but they are not far from Fort Lauderdale.
· In addition to the beautiful beach, they also have five pools.
· You can stay with either a wellness package, or as a regular hotel stay.
· If you choose a 3, 4, or 7-night stay, you are assigned a wellness coach before, during, and after your stay, a choice of wellness classes and offerings, spa treatments, and three meals a day.
· The Amrit Ocean Resort will be opening January 2, 2023, and they’re currently taking reservations.
I can’t wait to experience this beautiful new property! The pictures that Denise showed are completely stunning.
